She Dreamed of Paradise

Although slightly loud & seasonally inappropriate, these palm tree leggings were necessary to enjoy a brief moment of sunshine last week.  Sunny days have been few & far between as of late & I couldn't think of a better way to take full advantage.  I paired them with an equally loud shade of blue & continued to combine textures, such as leather, silk, & wool.

A Passion for Purple

Purple silk blouse + Purple suede wedges + Purple glitter bow = a color trifecta.  I added the leopard-print coat to keep the look regal.  Worn together on a very mild-weathered day while I was at home in Iowa...

Hello, Sweater Weather...

A causal outfit I wore for an excruciating long day of work yesterday (7:30am-10pm) that had to be both comfy & versatile.  In fact, this very combination (a knit, skinny jeans, & ankle boots) is my go-to outfit when I need to just grab something & go.  I'm currently waiting for the hubster to get back with the dogs so we can start turning our townhouse into the North Pole ;)
