New Year - New Life

Out with the Old in with the New

What ever you do this year - do it for your self.

In order for anyone to have a Blessed New year - One must have a new mentality. If we want a Blessed and Prosperous New Year, than we must work on those ill-mentality, attitudes and decisions that brought us no benefit last year.

I just wanted to share these few lines with you.
I don't think anyone likes to look nice more than I do. I always did since I was a Child.I do and always did believe that Fashion is personal - it should be a portrait of your personality. No one has the right to tell you "What or what Not to wear".
But I do not allow Fashion to be the core center of my life - I look at it as a necessary hobby.

God should be "The" core center of our lives.
Begin the New Year meditating on these encouraging Bible verses to strengthen and help you to walk Fashionable in this 2012, but most importantly to walk with God.

"People judge by outward appearance, but the LORD looks at the heart." Samuel 16:7

"For I know the plans I have for you," says the LORD. "They are plans for good and not for disaster, to give you a future and a hope. Jeremiah 29:11

Therefore, if anyone is in Christ, he is a new creation; old things have passed away; behold, all things have become new. 2 Corinthians 5:17

Fashion is fun. Not a necessity. One do not have to walk around in those expensive name brand clothes to be a person. Clothes do not make a person - a Person makes clothes.
Some people depends on Fashionable clothes to feel Confident!
There's a difference between a Considered and a Confident person!
Confidence is a within job, it's a certainty that one carries within them regardless of the clothes they're wearing.
When you're Confident- you're Confident no matter what you're wearing.
When you're a Considered person than you need those Fashionable expensive clothes to complete the emptiness you possess within you.

Fashion should not be the main course of anyone's Life.
If your life is unstable and as unreliable as Fashion is - than you're lost, because it's "in" today and "out" tomorrow.
In this verses here God is proving to us that we should put more effort on our inward, not outward. So keep on Styling in this new year - but don't forget to Style your within!

"The Lord made garments of skin for Adam and his wife and clothed them." Genesis 3:21

"Now John himself had a garment of camel's hair and a leather belt around his waist; and his food was locusts and wild honey." Matthew 3:4

"At that time the LORD spoke through Isaiah son of Amoz. He said to him, "Take off the sackcloth from your body and the sandals from your feet." And he did so, going around stripped and barefoot." Isaiah 20:2

Don't let worry kill you in this 2012.
Worry is a silent killer and the core of all depression.

That's why the Lord Jesus said:
"So do not worry about tomorrow; for tomorrow will care for itself. Each day has enough trouble of its own. Matthew 6:34

If worries could Kill - how manny of you could've been dead by now?
If worries could fix problems - how manny of you could've been living problem free by now?
If worries could pay your bills or make you rich - how manny of you could've been a millinery by now? Got the point?

You should not depend or maximize your credit card to follow Fashion!

If you cannot afford the big name brand tags, do what I do - capture the idea and downgrade it to your pocket level, and Voila!

You should never leave your responsibilities aside for the sake of Fashion.

Life goes on with or without Fashion.

It's nice to have nice things and look good - but it does not cover-up for your "Personality".
