I'm leaving for Kingston day after tomorrow, I am way too excited! Even better, the weather is supposed to be in the 20s so I'm breaking out the tank tops and shorts!
It's also my great friend Sonal's birthday tomorrow! Woowoo! Little get together perhaps? Mmm yes!

Thinking about tomorrow won't change how I feel today

Today was a horrifically slow day. Nothing interesting happened except a fire drill (that some idiots caused because they set fire sparklers on in school!) and it just seems like this day has lasted a week, you know? Oh well.
I've been listening to the Rent soundtrack. It's so good, it actually makes me want to dance around (not like a stripper though haha! If you don't get the reference, it may be because you didn't watch the movie).
Today's outfit was pretty casual. Just got these jeans this weekend and, as much as I detest pants, these are ok. They're supposed to stretch a little so they'll be better then.
Oh, and sorry for my ridiculously cocky half-smirk half-weirdness in the first picture. Ugh, I need another haircut.

Questions - part 7

My formspring got a little messed up because I answered a question but it won't publish it. I'm posting it here too (like I always did in the past) but if it does eventually show up on formspring, my answer won't match up perfectly.

Question:
How do you balance your wardrobe between two households?

Answer:
It's not as hard as it seems; plus, you get used it to quickly. I rarely wear pants so that's not an issue, and if I love the item and know I'll wear it constantly, I either buy multiples or bring it with my when I switch houses. The most difficult thing is balancing shoes because I have one pair of heels at my mom's, thirteen at my dad's, and about five in my locker at school (I have a lot of clothes in my locker, actually...). I just make/plan outfits around what I've got at each house, I won't go over and get something midweek.

Seven trumpets speak, speak the sound of fear

The concert last night was amazing! Alexisonfire, Against Me and Cancer Bats opened for Billy Talent! Ridiculous. I took videos and pictures, I'll post them later this week (but you're getting one sneak preview haha). I then spent today shopping with my mom and we stopped by a spa for a manicure for her (french) and a facial for me, followed by thai food. I'm working tomorrow morning then seeing "How to train your dragon" with my mom (insert Harry Potter readings throughout the day) and, basically, it's been a perfect weekend. Next weekend, I'm going down to Kingston to visit my sister and see Metric. Once again, perfect weekend. And sleeping in? Oh yeah.
Also: my dad gave me cinnamon buns to bring over to my mom's because they're too sweet for him. Continued happiness? Obviously.

What I wore today: aritzia shirt, zara skirt and bag, Nadia Grilli heels, simmons necklace.



Awesome dress I found at Club Monaco that was just a smidgen small around the hips. Shall go back in a month or so, then hopefully....

Spring Break

So happy it is finally spring break! I love these new pictures taken by the cobrasnake for wildfox couture. I always love looking through pictures of Tallulah Morton she is so effortlessly cool and these are some of my new faves.
