A little late, better than never though?

Hey everyone! I'm sorry it's been such a huge gap in posting, it has just been a crazy week! I went to Toronto last weekend and moved Wednesday so things have been hectic.

Anyhoo, a few things from Toronto - my mom let it slip to the waiter that we were there for my birthday and this dessert came to us:

And, of course, we shopped! Found these incredible heels after trying on countless pairs (damn my irregularly massive feet!) but I can't really remember where.. I think the store started with a P, and it was in the Eaton Centre haha.
Got these badboys at Spring! My mom called them "hooker heels" and, if so, I am one highclass streetwalker, ladies and gentlemen! The girl next to me (who had the height and body of a twelve year old but face of an eighteen year old) was trying on every single heel in that store! I was so proud.
The tshirt was already mine (from Aritzia) but I got the cardigan and skirt while in T.O. The cardigan is from F Carriere and is incredibly comfortable! The pockets have small chain detail (which I'll take a more detailed picture of later) and is so soft it's almost like you're not even wearing it. The skirt, on the other hand, you really have to pay attention to. It's from H&M and I love the slightly faded pattern but, if you'll notice, it has a fold in the front and when the wind picks up... hello everyone! Pretty sure I let a truck full of men have a pretty great day.
And, once again, a cardigan. Also from H&M, this is thicker but still comfortable. I remember the cashier-man trying to fold it, it was possibly the highlight of my trip. He got so frustrated!
My favourite purchase from the weekend, my Zara shorts! I have been looking for the perfect denim shorts but all the ones I've found were too long - until I set my eyes on these beauties. I generally don't buy pre-torn shorts but because it's just a tiny but here and there, I found it acceptable.
I had bought a few more things (including three pairs of jeans from Gap, $20 off each! I really needed pants..) but here are some photos of my new room. I'm not completely unpacked yet, but I put most of my wardrobe away:
Yeah, that's a bunkbed. It's what all the cool kids have nowadays.

Sorry for the semi-awkward photographs, I got a new digital camera and it's a bit different (it can crop ON the camera! Am I the only person impressed by this?) but, surely, I'll figure it out.

Have a great weekend, regular posts to come!
