Ray of Sunshine

So it was about fifteen degrees outside so I busted out an old dress I hadn't worn in a few years. Luckily, a friend and I ate outside on picnic tables at lunch although the breeze did make it a tad chilly.If I roll these boots up, they go past my knees...
