Dance magic dance, jump magic jump

Went to Montreal to visit McGill University yesterday and for a bit of shopping. Only had time to stop in two stores (one being Zara!) but that's ok. I heard we've got one here in the Rideau Centre as well... more shopping? Oh yeah.

Tried on four or five pairs of shoes at Zara, these ones being my favourite. They were size eleven but still about half a size too small. I walked around in them for twenty or so minutes and my toes were being crushed so I didn't purchase them. For eighty or so dollars shoes should be comfortable, right? Besides, those Sam Edelmans are still calling my name...

This skirt is more purple in person than black. It fit perfectly but where those seams are all across, it kept folding and it made it look like my body was trying to eat the skirt. Not very hot.

I ended up purchasing three things: these sequin shorts, a gray cotton skirt with a thick black band at the top, and a black sweater with zippers and studs. For some reason, I'm leaning towards blacks and neutrals now more than ever before. These shorts are actually very comfortable but very short... come summer time, if I dare, I might wear them without tights.

Also, I have been watching The Labrynth while writing this. Has David Bowie ever been hotter, except in the '70s? I would've married the Goblin King, I don't know what Sarah's problem is! So what if he kidnapped her baby brother? ...I still would've married him.
