This is what I wore yesterday - AA mesh dress, Aritzia vneck dress, Trivium heels.
It began to rain and I didn't want to ruin my straightened hair. 
Rain is a scary thing, don't deny it! 
So this is a close-up of the trivium heels - they have a comic that doesn't make much sense but that's ok.BUT NOW FOR THE EXCITING PART:
This is the first pair - very gladiator/Xena warrior princess. All of the shoes are in a size 10 and I'm generally a size 11 but they fit! Gojane.com has made a loyal shopper out of me. Has about a four and a half inch heel. 
This pair actually have a five inch heel (and I'm already 5'9"...) but are extremely comfortable - at least for the walk from my bedroom to the livingroom and back. You can't see too much of it but it has a woven platform type of thing going on. 
I only own one pair of wedge shoes besides these and I'm not that fond of them so I'm glad I found these.
Last but not least: my favourite pair! The zipper heel! About 4 3/4" heel with zipper detailing on the sides, they have captured my heart. I don't like the little thing dangling on the center zipper, however, so I'm going to end up taking that off. All-in-all I'd say a pretty successful shopping event. Now if only my other order would arrive...PS-> I just signed up for Bloglovin' although being the "technologically impaired" person I am, I cannot figure out how to get that little picture of the woman saying "Follow me..." with the link. Do you know how?
