Find happiness in misery

Yesterday's outfit and today's. I'm tired and so, so stressed. This upcoming weekend isn't going to be much different, working a lot and going out for a dinner (but it's with friends so that's good!) but I have soooo much homework. Argh. My throat is starting to kill my all over again.
Poetry test tomorrow, feeling pretty decent about it. Studied my bum off.
So, the weather here has gotten really warm so out come the tanks and shortshorts. Sequin shorts may look really nice but sometimes they hurt to sit in. Yeah, I said it. Also, I've noticed I've been wearing more looser-fitting tanks/tshirts and as super-comfy as they are, I think I've gained around 5 pounds (which doesn't sound like much but my pants noticed haha). Those damn tanks/tshirts did not let me know.

Also, what I want to ask you: do any of you say "oh yeah, I'm going to start working out next week" or start this-or-that soon but then a few things come up and you don't? Because I'm finding it a little hard to stay (or get) motivated to work out. It's because 5-6 days out of the week I'm doing homework or I'm at work so I have one or two nights/afternoons off. Who wants to get all sweaty and gross and hurt on your one or two days off?

(second outfit: aritzia cardigan and tshirt, uo jeans, spring sandals)
